Jeep Wrangler TJ Fuel Pressure Regulator Delete
- Fits Models: Wrangler, Cherokee
- Fits Years: 97-04 Jeep TJ Wrangler, 97-01 XJ Jeep Cherokee
- The stock Jeep fuel pressure is set at 40 PSI, which is too low for most engine swaps. This part bypasses the OEM fuel pressure regulator and replaces it with a billet aluminum part that utilizes non-regulated ports, as well as an integrated return port for your external regulator to return fuel.
- It eliminates the need to drill into your fuel tank.
- It seals to the OEM sending unit with an O-ring and is held in with the stock fuel regulator strap. Comes with hose barb fittings to attach 3/8” fuel injection rated hose.
- Tapped for ¼ NPT fittings
- Hose, clamps, and fuel filter/ regulator sold separately.
- This setup eliminates the stock restrictive plastic pickup and replaces it with a hose barb and rubber fuel injection hose (not included).
- In some rare occurrences, the early Jeep TJ’s used a Dakota Truck style module and will not work with our delete kit. If you have the early style, you can purchase a late fuel module and use it with our regulator delete in their early gas tank.
